Privacy, terms, and disclosures

We collect account information you provide, such as your name, email address, subscription status, profile settings, alerts, watchlists, journal entries, and product preferences.

Journal entries and trade notes are private by default. TrendWake does not sell your journal data, share it with other users, or use individual journal entries for advertising. Access is limited to what is needed to operate, secure, debug, support, and improve the service.

We also collect basic technical information needed to operate the app, protect accounts, prevent abuse, process payments, deliver alerts, and improve product reliability.

To improve the product, we use anonymous, aggregated usage analytics — which features are used, how the app performs, and where errors occur. We never sell, rent, license, or monetize your journal entries, trade notes, or trading activity, and we never use them to build or sell insights to anyone. Your trades are yours.

Payments are handled by Stripe. TrendWake does not store your full card number. If we add brokerage import in the future, it will be optional and read-only where supported — used only to bring your own trade history into your journal.

TrendWake provides software tools for research, simulated trading, backtesting, alerts, education, and journaling. You are responsible for your own trading, investment, tax, and financial decisions.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape protected data, resell vendor data, interfere with the service, or use TrendWake for unlawful activity.

You own the trading notes and journal content you add to TrendWake. You give TrendWake permission to store, process, and display that content back to you so the app can provide journaling, reports, analytics, alerts, and related features.

Paid features may change as the product evolves. Subscriptions can be managed through the billing portal in your account.

Official social channels, newsletters, and on-site community spaces are for general information and education only. They are not personalized investment advice.

TrendWake is educational software. It does not provide personalized investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or financial planning advice.

Signals, alerts, backtests, AI summaries, market tools, and paper-trading results are for research and education only. Past performance, simulated performance, and backtested results do not guarantee future results.

TrendWake does not execute trades, route orders, custody funds, move money, or act as a broker-dealer, exchange, investment adviser, bank, or money services business.

Market data, fundamentals, charts, news, filings, and related datasets may come from third-party providers. Data can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, revised, or unavailable.

Twelve Data attribution is displayed where market data is shown. Future sources may include Marketaux, SEC EDGAR, GDELT, or other providers, depending on product needs and licensing.

TrendWake displays data and derived analytics inside the app. Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish provider data from TrendWake unless separately authorized by the relevant provider.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Security in the app. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription, permanently removes your login, profile, and personal information, and signs you out everywhere. Your journal and other content is removed with it. This cannot be undone.

We may retain limited records where required for security, billing, tax, dispute, abuse-prevention, or legal reasons. If you’d rather we handle it for you, email support@trendwake.com with the subject line “Delete my TrendWake account.”
